Our lives can be stressful, but coping with stress doesn't have to be.
Writing about your day-to-day struggles can prove to be a great tool when coping with stress. Why is that? Because people who are stressed out always have a lot to say!
We all get stressed.
Stress is a part of my life and I'll bet it's a part of yours too. Everyone seems to have their own unique way of dealing with it, what's yours?
I have always been a big fan of journaling my thoughts, feelings, or random things that happen in my life. Recently, however, I've taken it to a whole new level and used writing as my method of choice when I'm dealing with stress. I even stumbled upon a unique result that comes from my stressed out musings...
I've realized that some of these writings are worth sharing with others and have given them hope (or sometimes just a much needed laugh, but either way).
With a little creativity and a bad mood, we can each use writing to take our stress away.
You don't even have to worry about being a good writer when coping with stress! Advanced writing skills are not necessary here! (Phew! What a relief! We certainly don't want to become more stressed about the writing than we are about our problems!). I will, however, show you some tips along the way, if you're interested.
If you're not interested in sharing your writing, relax!
The best thing about writing for yourself is exactly that. It can be for your eyes only.
However, you might just find that what you have written has not only motivated you but it will motivated and inspire others. When that happens, I'll be there to help you share your story for others to gain inspiration from.
