Stress Free Living: Get Rid of Your Self-Esteem
June 02, 2009
Hi,

Fight Stress without Self-Esteem

June 2009 - Issue #006: Get Rid of Your Self-Esteem

Can you believe we're nearly half-way through 2009? As I was thinking about how quickly time seems to be moving, I was reminded of the resolutions and goals I set for myself this year. Some of them were still a work in progress, but a few had been forgotten. Now if that has happened to you too, it's nothing any of us should feel bad or guilty about. But with a new season upon us, maybe we should take a moment to make sure we're on the right paths. Only you know what that path is for you. Are you taking the steps to get there?

This ezine issue will discuss how to evaluate your goals and actions without lowering your self-esteem when you don't feel like you're measuring up.

Best Wishes,
Jill R.
