I just got let go from my job. The boss was a real **expletive removed** and let me go because I "bothered" her too much.

I just wanted to do a good job and I busted my **expletive removed** for this company and this is what I get?? This may sound crazy that she let me go because of this but her excuse was
that she doesn't have time for anything, that she is too busy, ect. and she once told us that she doesn't want to be bothered with anything, that we need to make decisions on our own.

Then why be a boss??

She has occasionally freaked out on her staff in front of other employees and has alot of complaints against her. If you go to ask her a question she gets angry and gives you attitude. She lies and is very sneaky, takes credit for the employees work, tries to make herself look good. If anyone should be fired it should be her.

Nobody should be a boss if they don't want to be bothered by their employees. Some people just want to be a boss so they can control people, especially women. So now I am back pounding the pavement trying to find a job in a tough economy. I hope Karma gets this **expletive removed** and she gets what she deserves.
