Cure for Stress





Is there a Cure for Stress?

The answer to this question is complicated.

One of the main reasons why this question isn't easily answered is because there is no need for a "cure" so to speak. While stress can absolutely be bad, some stress is good and even necessary.

Without stress, life would be dull and boring. Without stress, we wouldn't get the adrenaline boost we need to "fight or flight" during a life threatening situation.

So while we may not really want or need to cure stress, there is a great need to find ways to manage it and maintain healthy levels.

Stress is often the culprit in ninety-percent (90%) of doctors visits and it costs employers billions of dollars in lost productivity and revenue each year.

To avoid the nasty side effects of high levels of stress, instead of looking for a cure for stress, find ways to manage it.
