Cure for Stress
Is there a Cure for Stress?The answer to this question is complicated. One of the main reasons why this question isn't easily answered is because there is no need for a "cure" so to speak. While stress can absolutely be bad, some stress is good and even necessary. Without stress, life would be dull and boring. Without stress, we wouldn't get the adrenaline boost we need to "fight or flight" during a life threatening situation.
