Lists reduce stress

by Chris Croft
(Dorset)

Write everything down. To do this you'll need a master list (things I need to do but not sure when) and a daily jobs to do list that you write each evening for the next day. This will clear out your head so you can relax in the evenings and go to sleep easily. Of course lists can be on paper or an iPhone or outlook, whatever you like.

Thank You
by: Jill R.

Chris,

Thank you for your great tip. I am also a big fan of lists. I don't know what I'd do without them! They help me to prioritize as well as manage my time more effectively.

Both of which greatly reduces stress.

Thanks again!
