Pet Your Dog, Stress is Gone

My dogs keep me sane. Plain and simple. I've been working 7 days a week for about 3 weeks now in a retail job and when I come home, I'm really dragging and stressed out.
But when I see my two "kids" Lady and Kelsey and their tails are wagging and the happiness on their faces to see me, all the stress melts away.
I sit down and pet them, scratch their ears, they lick my hand and give me lots of love and support. I sure need that after a long day.
Yes, pets can de-stress your life. Just by petting them your blood pressure is lowered and breathing returns to normal and you are in a state of relaxation.
Doctors would say "take two aspirins and call me in the morning". Dog owners say "pet your dog, relax and feel the love." Life goes on.
