Quit Smoking

by Deb
(Enid, OK)

My new years resolution was to quit smoking. I didn't really tell anyone about it because I've tried unsuccessfully so many times in the past that my friends & family are always skeptical when I try to quit and they often make little comments that are hurtful and don't help with my quest to quit.

So this year I figured I'd do it on my own and just show them rather than tell them.

I'm proud and happy to report that it has been 27 days since my last cigarette (longer than I've ever gone before) and I have no desire to go back.

I still haven't mentioned to anyone that I quit because I'm so proud of myself that I no longer care what they think!

It feels great to finally be a non-smoker!

Congratulations!

Deb,

Smoking is an incredibly tough habit to break and the process can be quite stressful. Something that helped me tremendously when I quit was hypnosis CD's. They made a huge difference in my ability to quit as well as in my stress level and mood during that time.

Check out this page for info on the hypnosis CD's I use:

Good luck and stay focused!
