Choose the option that's right for you...

Your personalized coaching experience begins with three core packages. Sessions last an average of 60 minutes and are done over the phone or via Skype for clients outside of the U.S. For your convenience, weekend and evening sessions are available and during our initial consultation, we’ll build a schedule that works for you. While the needs of each individual are unique, I recommend that you plan for a minimum 2 -3 month commitment, however, no contract is required.

Package Options:

Slow-and-Steady ($79/session):
With this pay-as-you-go package, the number of sessions you have and how often you have them are up to you, however each session will still last an average of 60 minutes. Payment is due in advance, and once payment has been received, I will contact you to schedule your first session. After your first session, if you choose to continue as a pay-as-you-go client, we can schedule sessions in advance or you can contact me when you’re ready for another session, it’s completely up to you. All payments must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Triple Threat Monthly Package ($229 per month):
When you purchase this package, we will schedule three (3) sessions per month with each session lasting an average of 60 minutes. When you give yourself the gift of three coaching sessions per month, you will begin to see the light at the end of the stressful tunnel. This Triple Threat Monthly Package will have you on the right track in no time! Payment is due in advance of your first session each month.

Stress Busters Monthly Package ($299 per month):
With this package, you will receive four (4) sessions per month. Each session will last an average of 60 minutes. With the Stress Busters Monthly Package, you will be well on your way to reaching your stress management goals. With four sessions per month, you will have weekly contact with me, your Stress Management Coach, to make sure that you stay on track and receive the extra support that you need. Payment is due in advance of your first session each month.
