worst bad boss I have seen ever

My name is Jon and I worked with a financial company and its ok to work there and but my boss is good. But this company has one person who is in a higher authority position and he always critisizes me. He always takes the chance to notice my mistakes and critisize them and I get hyper and I will tell him something wrong which is not good.
