March 2009 - Issue #003: Share Your Stories has become a passion filled project that helps myself and many others, like you, learn about stress and learn how to live a less stressful life. As promised in the last issue, I'm going to let you in on all of the many opportunities on to share your stories, tips, and ideas. I can't wait to read all of your personal stories and share them with the other readers of my website. Thank you for being a part of this exciting addition to the site.

Your Stories, Thoughts, & Ideas

In last month's issue, I shared some exciting news regarding your chance to share your stories, tips, thoughts, etc. by uploading them directly onto

Well, my friends, the time is here, and I'm excited to give you the chance to share yourself and your stressful life with others.

So how does it work? talks about many different stress related subjects, and many of those pages now include an invitation of sorts, for you to share your stories and also comment and rate the stories posted by others.

All you have to do is find the subject your interested in, one where you feel you have a story or a tip to add, and submit it. I'll take care of the rest.

Your submission will be featured on its own page where others will be able to leave you comments!

If you're not ready to post your own story, feel free to browse other posts from your fellow readers and rate them or comment on them. Simple as that!

Don't be afraid. When submitting your stories, I only ask for your first name, and you can remain anonymous and enter a nickname if you prefer. Your personal information will never be shared with anyone without your permission. Ever.

Not the best writer or speller? Don't worry! I'll be more than happy to look over your story and polish it up before it goes live on the site.

Want to have a feature story? Occasionally, I will pull some stories from the site and share them in this ezine... so submit your story now to have a chance for your story to be featured right here next month!

The current state of the economy seems to be adding a lot of extra stress. I've received many emails from people looking for advice on how to manage this extra stress, and sometimes they just need someone to vent to.

This made me curious about how many of my readers are being affected by the recession and I figured the best way to find out is by opening up the polls!
